About Me
My name is Sheena Leugers, and I am the Owner and Director of Human Resources at AnCor HR.
For more than 20 years, I have built my career in human resources, gaining experience across nearly every area of the profession. As an HR consultant and director, I have simultaneously supported up to a dozen organizations, partnering with leaders to navigate the everyday opportunities and challenges that come with managing people. Earlier in my career, I developed expertise in recruiting, benefits administration, workplace safety, workers' compensation, leave management, payroll, unemployment, employee relations, coaching, and professional development.
I hold the SHRM-SCP certification and have had the privilege of working with organizations across a wide range of industries. Those experiences have strengthened my ability to adapt quickly, understand each organization's unique culture, and provide practical, people-centered guidance tailored to its needs.
One of the things I enjoy most about consulting is that no two days are alike. Every phone call, meeting, or email brings a new opportunity to help a client solve a problem, support an employee, or strengthen their workplace.
